Long live the Ceilidh

I was at a wedding this weekend and the Ceilidh band were brilliant.
The guests there who were not Scottish found it incredible that everyone seems to know the dances as if it's part of our DNA. Course, it's not. It's hammered into us from an early age sometimes under the guise of 'social dancing'.
And this is a great thing. Long live the Ceilidh! Possibly the best exercise I've had for weeks.
